RECIPE

Nutty brown bread ice-cream

Ingredients:

100 g fresh brown breadcrumbs.
100 g brown sugar 600 ml double cream.
100 g walnuts, chopped.

First, cover the oven dish whith tinfoil. Brush with oil.

Then, sprinkle the breadcrumbs and brown sugar on the over dish. Grill for 5 minutes.

Nex, in a bowl, fold in the breacrumbs, brown sugar and walnut into the double cream.

Finally, pour into a plastic container and freeze for 12 hours.
