Lemon sherbet by ane bozal



INGREDIENTSAdd Image
  • 1 cup sugar salt Add ImageAdd Image
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cream
First, mix 3/4 o the cup of sugar salt and water.Boil it,then simmer it for 5 minutes.Put it in the refrigerator.

Then, add the cream then the lemon juice.Put it into a plastic container.Freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

After, beat the egg whites.Add 1/4 cup for sugar.Beat the mixture.

Next, break the frozen mixture with a fork.Mix in the egg whites.

Finally, put the mixture for 2 hours in the freezer.
