Lemon sherbet by ane bozal

INGREDIENTS

1 cup sugar salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup cream

First, mix 3/4 o the cup of sugar salt and water.Boil it,then simmer it for 5 minutes.Put it in the refrigerator.

Then, add the cream then the lemon juice.Put it into a plastic container.Freeze it for 4 or 5 hours.

After, beat the egg whites.Add 1/4 cup for sugar.Beat the mixture.

Next, break the frozen mixture with a fork.Mix in the egg whites.

Finally, put the mixture for 2 hours in the freezer.

Ingredients:

300g flour
300g butter
300g sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
4 eggs
150g chocolate powder

Mix the sugar and the eggs in a bowl. Add the softened butter and mix well.
Add the flour of and baking powder. Mix. Divide in two the mixture. Mix the chocolate powder with half the mixture.
Pour the chocolate mixture into greased cake tin. Then add the rest.
Cook for 40 minutes at 180º.

INGREDIENTS:

*125g Butter.
*200g Sugar.
*1 Teaspoon vanilla.
*3 egges.
*60g chocolate,meled.
*75g flour.
*50g Chopped walnuts.

1º Beat the butter, sugar, and vanillas.
2ºbeat in the egges.
3ºstir in the chocolate, flour and walnuts.
4ºbake in a gresed squre pan at 175º for 30 minutes.
5ºleave them to cool for an hour.cut into 16 squares.Decorate with half
