The snowy owl by Carolina (:

                                                                                           THE SNOWY OWL

Snowy owls live in the Artic. Snow owls have yellow eyes and black beaks.
Adult males ate white, females are white with brown marks. Their babies are pure white when they are are born. Snowy owls lay between 5 and 14 eggs, the eggs are laid singly, approximately every other day over several days. The baby birds are born about five weeks later. Both parents defend the nest and their babies.
Although Snowy owls spend the summer in the Artic, they fly south for the winter to country like Canada. Snowy owls are carnivores. They eat rodents and birds. They need to eat between seven to twelve mice or other prey every day.
