                                                                   RECIPE: Pink Ice Cream


INGREDIENTS:
250g strawberries        1 plain yogurt       1 packet vanilla sugar        Juice of 1|2 lemon

100 g Raspberry         4 tablespoon cream        2 tablespoons sugar

METHOD:
First: Pure the fruit into a big bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar lemon juice. Mix well.

Next: Whip the cream.

Then: Add the yogurt and the whipped cream to the fruit. Mix well. Pour into in individual bowls.

Finally: Freeze the ice creams for 2 hours. Stir with a fork. Freeze them for another bour.
